The Resort consists of a uniqe hotel with 250 rooms and 141 branded residences – 112 Superior Seaview Apartments and 29 Dalmatian Luxury Villas – all operated by an international premium hotel operator. Facilities include beach bars and restaurants, an Ethno-village, pool & wellness facilities, sports and entertainment areas. The entire complex is designed as a traffic-free zone that is only serviced by electric vehicles.
