Eyes of Tirana is designed as a large building, 24 floors high to develop the profile of the Albanian capital. The proposal consists of three parts of the building that will contain apartments, offices and shops totaling 63,500 m2. The top of the tower, which opens like a flower, defies gravity. The atria have the appearance of an eye from which it got its name.
